The Pueblo Rockhounds was founded in 1952 by folks with an interest in the many rocks, minerals and fossils in our area. For almost seventy-five years we have kept this shared interest alive with our many programs, classes and field trips. The Pueblo Rockhounds serves as an excellent networking source for professional and amateur rock and mineral enthusiast
alike!
Membership in the Pueblo Rockhounds provides you with many benefits including the CHIPS Newsletter and access to field trips and classes hosted by the Pueblo Rockhounds, the Columbine Gem and Mineral Society and the Canon City Geology Club.
